You can expect to see familiar faces during each visit because most of our staff lives right in the community. We also have family medicine doctors and specialists who visit the clinic every week to provide you with reliable care close to home.You’ll find Ada Clinic in the same building as the Essentia Health-Ada hospital and emergency room. We’re on the west side of Ada near the high school. Depend on our combined facility to deliver comprehensive care in one convenient location.

Primary Care for All Ages

Everyone needs a primary care provider. Partner with a provider who can help you stay healthy throughout your life.Our family medicine team provides primary care services to your whole family—babies, kids, and adults. See us for your next physical or to discuss new or ongoing health concerns. Family medicine providers may offer prenatal care as part of their services—even if they don’t deliver babies. Walk-in Hours (Seasonal)

Need to see a family medicine provider, but don’t have an appointment? We’ll do our best to get you in for those unexpected visits during walk-in hours. If you need to see a provider outside these hours, look for our other Essentia locations with same-day care.For severe or life-threatening conditions, call 911 or seek emergency care.Walk-in Hours

When your doctor orders an X-ray or mammogram, we’ll guide you down the hall to imaging and radiology at Essentia Health-Ada hospital.

Rehabilitation Services

If you're looking for outpatient therapy services, visit Essentia Health-Ada hospital next door for:

Fill Your Prescription on Site

Leave the clinic with common prescriptions in hand. Our InstyMed machine works like a secure vending machine. First, input your prescription information and credit card. Then, watch it dispense your exact medication—saving you a trip to the pharmacy.
