The Park Rapids clinic is in the same building as CHI St. Joseph’s Health. You’ll find free parking, handicapped access, and our main entrance with a drop-off area on the south side of the building, which faces 8th Street West.

If you need to see us today, our primary care team often has same-day appointments available. With small-town hospitality and a wide range of services, patients from as far as 50 miles away come see us. We're connected to CHI St. Joseph’s Health, which is not an Essentia facility.

Our family medicine team provides primary care services to your whole family. Family medicine providers may offer prenatal care as part of their services—even if they don’t deliver babies. Call to learn if this service is currently offered.
Our internal medicine team provides primary care to adults whereas our pediatricians only see kids. See us for your next physical or to discuss new or ongoing health concerns.
