Visit the Essentia Health Wellness Clinic-Hermantown for a new approach to health care. We are located inside the Essentia Wellness Center (Hermantown) which is also home to a YMCA.Our services are specifically designed to treat the whole person, not just an illness. We work closely with you to help you achieve your best health and wellness. The clinic features a state-of-the-art physical therapy and rehabilitation suite with a team of trusted professionals. You'll also find relaxing massage therapy in our space.
