Essentia Health-Building E, formerly known as Polinsky Medical Rehabilitation Center, is located in downtown Duluth on the corner of 2nd Street and 6th Ave East.Polinsky Medical Rehabilitation Center has relocated to Essentia Health-Miller Hill Health Plaza in the Miller Hill Mall.

This clinic is a hospital-based clinic, and you will be charged an additional facility fee when receiving services at this location.
