We are committed to price transparency and provide a list of the top 25 procedures (that cost over $25) offered at this clinic and the related charges. A charge is defined as the dollar amount Essentia sets for a clinic service and does not include any discounts negotiated with insurance companies. This clinic is a hospital-based clinic, and you will be charged an additional facility fee when receiving services at this location. 

Urgent Care

Walk into Moose Lake's urgent care for quick, attentive care. We'll see you without an appointment for minor illnesses and injuries. We’re open weeknights and Saturdays and Sundays, so you can get back to better health sooner.For severe or life-threatening conditions, call 911 and seek emergency care.
