First Care Medical Services Foundation

First Care Medical Services Foundation was established in 1993 and is governed by a 12-member volunteer board that includes four staff from Essentia Health-Fosston.

Over the past two decades, the Foundation has worked to improve the delivery of health care services in the Fosston community. Most recently, the foundation raised $20,000 for a new ambulance, $100,000 to equip the new hospital surgical suite, and $50,000 to expand hospital chemotherapy services.

The foundation is grateful for the generosity of Essentia Health-Fosston employees and other charitable and civic-minded individuals who have helped shape the Foundation over the years. We invite individuals, families, businesses, and other organizations to join with us in advancing the health and well-being of the people in our region.
