The Essentia Health Prescription Service Center supplies medications to all Essentia Health pharmacies. It also can ship or deliver prescriptions directly to your home.
Monthly Prescription Service
If you take multiple prescriptions, ask your local Essentia pharmacy about SyncMyMeds. This program saves you time by coordinating your refills and allowing you to get them all in a single monthly visit or mail order.
Once you enroll in the program, you can expect a call about one week before your monthly refill date. During this call, pharmacy staff will review your medications and make sure nothing has changed since your last refill.
Mail Order Delivery
Save time and gas money by choosing to have your prescription delivered directly to your home, your office, or even an out-of-state vacation rental. Refrigerated medications are packaged in insulated containers with freezer packs to keep your prescription safe.

Pharmacy Delivery Services Policies & Procedures
- No cost delivery requires enrollment in the SyncMyMeds program. All other deliveries require a $5 fee.
- Requests for delivery can be made by any patient over the age of 18 years or by their designated representative.
- Deliveries must be received and signed for in person by the patient or their designated representative. If you are not available at the time of delivery, there will be a $5 missed redelivery fee per attempt.
- Call your Essentia Health pharmacy to ask about SyncMyMeds and have your prescription delivered to your door at no extra cost. Schedule a time to have it dropped off when you or another adult can sign for it.
Confidential Packaging
To protect your privacy, your medication will arrive in a plain package with a Prescription Service Center return address.
Auto Refill
At Essentia Health Pharmacy, simple feels better. That's why we are making it easier for you to get your meds refilled through our new auto refill service.
Auto refill is a feature that triggers the filling of your prescriptions when they are due. You no longer need to call or refill your prescriptions online as our pharmacy team will take care of it. Our team will also request a new prescription from your provider when your prescriptions are about to expire or when the last refill has been used.
All you need to do is let Essentia Pharmacy know you would like this service, and we will take care of managing your refills. It's as simple as that!

SyncPack, Custom Medication Packaging
Essentia Health Pharmacy now offers SyncPack, our custom medication packaging service. SyncPack allows you to get all your medications organized by date and time in a securely sealed blister card within individual, easy-open packages. Enjoy the reassurance of knowing you’ve taken your medication with a single glance. Your personalized card is easy to bring with you when leaving the house for a few hours or a few days. You can bring the entire card or simply detach the blister(s) you need. That’s all there is to it: no counting pills, no bottles, no bother. How do I sign up?
Simply contact your local Essentia Health Pharmacy or call 844-380-5642. Our pharmacy team will work with you to synchronize your medications and determine when, where, and how you will receive your medications. They will also call you a week before your medications are due to make certain there are no changes to your medication order.
Pick up at a Pharmacy Near You
Pick up your prescription medications at an Essentia Health pharmacy close to where you live or work. You’ll find us in convenient locations across Western, Central, and Northeast Minnesota, and Northwest Wisconsin. Ask about setting up text message alerts when your prescription is ready for pickup.
Keep a Record of Your Medications
Protect your health by maintaining a complete, accurate list of all medications you take. Share this list with your pharmacist, primary care provider, and specialists. When your care team has a complete picture of what medications you take, they can help you avoid harmful drug interactions. Your record should include:
