Eligibility

To qualify for the Essentia Health-St. Mary's Medical Center Pharmacy Practice Residency Program, you must:

• Hold or obtain a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education prior to starting the program
• Hold or be eligible for a Minnesota pharmacist license

How to Apply

Submit your application through the Pharmacy Online Residency Application Service (PhORCAS). Include:

• Letter of interest
• Curriculum vitae (CV)
• Three letters of recommendation
• Complete college of pharmacy transcript
