Eligibility

To qualify for the Essentia Health-Fargo Pharmacy Practice Residency Program, you must:

• Hold a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
• Hold or be eligible for a North Dakota and Minnesota license
• Be a U.S. citizen

How to Apply

Submit your application through the Pharmacy Online Residency Application Service (PhORCAS). Include:

• Letter of interest
• Curriculum vitae (CV)
• Three letters of recommendation
• Complete college of pharmacy transcript
