Eligibility

To qualify for the Essentia Health-Duluth PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency Program, you must:

• Hold a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy
• Have completed a PGY1 ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency
• Hold or be eligible for a pharmacist licensure in Minnesota
• Be a U.S. citizen

How to Apply

Submit your application through the Pharmacy Online Residency Application Service (PhORCAS). Please include:

• Letter of interest
• One 15-20 minute presentation to present if interviewed
• Curriculum vitae (CV)
• Three letters of recommendation
• Complete college of pharmacy transcript
