About the Foundation

Essentia Health-Moose Lake Foundation is a nonprofit organization that supports community health initiatives and Essentia Health facilities in the Moose Lake Area. It was founded as The Mercy Foundation in 2000—and after joining Essentia Health in August 2020, today it is a proud part of the Essentia Health Foundation.
