• Angel of Remembrance – Supports the families of those who have lost a child.
• Bereavement Fund – Assists parents who have lost a child
• Cancer Care Fund – Helps advance cancer care
• General Fund/Multi-Purpose Fund
• Oak Crossing Family Council – Supports the patients and the families of patients who are linking at Oak Crossing
• Patient Crisis Fund – Provides resources to those in need
• Scholarship Fund – Helps Essentia employees pursue education

• Gold Leaf Club – Individual donations of $10,000, payable up to 10 years
• Major Gifts – Business or individual contributions of $25,000 or more
• Lasting Imprint – Planned gifts, such as those bestowed through a will or estate plan
• ROOTS – Gifts of all sizes from Essentia Health employees
