Patient & Family Advisory Councils

Trust Essentia Health to look to our patients and their families for stories, feedback, and ideas for how to improve our patient experience, the quality of our care, and the health of our communities. One way we do that is through patient and family advisory councils (PFACs).

What’s a Patient & Family Advisory Council?

A patient and family advisory council is a forum that encourages community members who seek care at Essentia Health to share their experiences and opinions with Essentia staff. Council members are called Patient or Family Advisors. Their feedback helps us improve our programs, policies, and patient-centered care..
